Owner Builder Consultant

While we don’t recommend building your own home, we recognize that is some people’s dream. If you’re building your own home, we are available to help you plan out your home building schedule and give advice as needed. We will refer you to trusted trade companies in the Fraser Valley and help with the permit process until complete.

We offer a flat rate package for on-call consultations up to twice a week for up to a year or hourly rates on as-needed basis.

If you’re building your home in BC, home owners must pass a government exam before building their own home and the home is subject to restrictions on its sale.
