Owner-Builder Consultant

While we don’t recommend building your own home, we recognize that some people want to. If you’re building your own home, we’re available to help you plan out your home building schedule and give advice as needed. We will refer you to trusted trades in the Fraser Valley and help with the permit process.

We offer a flat rate package for on-call consultations up to twice a week for up to a year or hourly rates on as-needed basis.

If you’re building your house in BC, home owners must pass an exam before building their own home and the home is subject to restrictions on its sale.
