Mission Coach House

This new coach in Mission, BC features a four bay shop and 1000 square feet of living space. The Coach house has a split level design allowing for a 27 foot high shop bay and a deck on the back area.

The owners planned to use part of it for their business and the other area for extra rental income.

Clearspan oversaw the entire build and provided some of the labour for pouring the foundation, framing and more. The project came in under budget despite a few changes as the project went on.
